  • "its too bad i cant write a review for everyone to see because your service center mechanics don't know what theyre doing and if they do, they're doing some fishy ass shit. my roommate got his bike serviced there with a brand new motor. the NEXT DAY after he brought it back from your shop, the bike was acting silly. making all kinds of noises, sounded worse when he picked it up than it did before your shop worked on it. caliente harley has made me look at harley davidson in a whole new light. its really not even worth my time writing about, i just feel bad for my roommate for making the mistake of letting you guys redo his bike. its messed up and the amount of money he has spent on his bike and the confidence he's had in harley, i can see that shit dwindle away. your service guys don['t know wtf they're doing. if they do, theyre doing jenky shit to peoples bikes based off of their own judgement of what kind of a person someone is or something. idk what else it could be, but i will never ever suggest someone take their bike to you guys to work on. they're better off watching a youtube video and fixing their own shit. thanks for nothing. you guys are the worst. who's running that show anyway?!?!"

I know I didn’t buy a bike on this visit and it’s really not about the discount since this is the first time I have ever asked about first responder discount, it’s just about the lack of support. I know your website says you support local F&P, but when I get a smug “Nope…..just military” it doesn’t sound like support. Cowboy HD asked me and that’s the only reason I decided to ask."
