"My wife and I love this dealership. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a associate working in every department. The building was popping with customers and the whole sales team was getting it done. I have worked in sales management for 20+ years, so when I see a team working like a well oiled machine I recognize it. My wife started talking to Johnny one of the salesmen while I just listened and I was amazed in the manor that he answered her questions. She is new to Harley Davidson motorcycles and had, to me, some basic questions. Johnny was really on point with answering these questions and at no time did he make her feel silly. He was super knowledgeable and was able to answer every question both my wife and I had. Johnny used outstanding skills to drive/direct us to what we were ultimately wanting by listening to our questions. He is the type of salesman that gets you excited about being there and is good at narrowing down what you really are wanting and then he does something that is hard for most staff to do…. He “Asks for the sale”…. Then said “all you need to do is put a small down payment to hold the bike.” Then quit talking and waited for us to answer. (Which is an awesome sales technique.). So we did the deal and we walked out excited and felt blessed to have Johnny there to help us like he did.
My wife and I would like to thank Johnny for everything. It is a rare occurrence that you run across a salesperson of this caliber. To know how to push customers, without being pushy is a hard thing to figure out but he seems to have it down to an art. It looks like there already may be the beginnings of another bike purchase in the immediate future."
