Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Data Entry and Review – posting invoices/vouchers /payment requests
  • Problem resolutions of account related issues
  • Balancing statements & finalizing data
  • Processing accounts payable invoices and payment requests and issuing reimbursement checks
  • Matching checks to invoices/payment requests after each check run cycle
  • Entering invoices; entering, posting and reconciling batches; researching & resolving payables issues with vendors
  • Prepping accounts for payments & verifying data in system
  • Filing
  • Cashier
  • Back-up receptionist for front desk for breaks if needed
  • Breaking down and Costing deals
  • Daily deposit
  • Posting accounts payable/receivables
  • Billing out deals, swaps and wholesales

job requirement

Experience in Accounting, CDK, ADP, Dealerdesk, Talon Reynolds & Reynolds or Lightspeed Preferred 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous dealership experience is required
  • Ability to balance large volume accounts
  • Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle demanding environment 
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • A professional appearance
  • Strong communication and people skills – both written and verbal

The Receptionist is expected to:

  • Protect the legal, financial and moral well being of the dealership;
  • Ensure all calls and customers are greeted in a timely and welcoming fashion to initiate positive visits;
  • Accurately file receipts and permits to maintain an accurate record keeping process to ensure quick data retrieval;
  • Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful; Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service.

Primary Duties:

  • Ensure maximum productivity, customer service and cost control.
  • Achieve customer service satisfaction standards while facilitating incoming calls and traffic.

Greets customer on sales floor and performs a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.  
Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.  
Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.  
Works with Sales and F&I Managers and negotiates sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicle.  
Walks the lot and visually inspects inventory.  
Completes all paperwork and arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.  
Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle.  
Attends/completes required training and department meetings.  
Regular and predictable attendance.

Abillity to Speak a second language preferred
One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
Current valid driver’s license is required for all employees.
Mathematical skills including, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Motorcycle Sales Porter Caliente Harley Davidson 

The Motorcycle Sales Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to the maintenance and service of vehicles. This position interacts daily with the Product Specialist, Service Managers, Sales Managers, support staff and customers, just to name a few. The goal of a Porter Lot Attendant is to ensure that our customer is 100% happy with the delivery of their car. Responsibilities of the Porter Lot Attendant:

  • Leading yourself and the team in a way that supports our Company Vision and Mission
  • Remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags prior to returning completed vehicle to customer 
  • Inspect vehicles for damages before returning the vehicle to the customer, and report any damage immediately 
  • Clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles 
  • Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards 
  • Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to storage 
  • Test batteries of customer vehicles in service drive 
  • Maintains building and ground as needed 
  • Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when needed
